Question 1

What does Pendlark monitor?

Accepted Answer

Inbox monitoring is pending provider authorization and is not live until a workspace authorizes a provider connection. Until then, unanswered inbox items, quotes, and renewals can be tracked as manual records. The signed-in Daily report groups stalled active opportunities, aging quotes, due renewal actions, and items that need human follow-up.

Question 2

How are follow-ups sent?

Accepted Answer

Pendlark prepares AI-assisted follow-up drafts. A person reviews each draft, may edit it, and then sends it from the workspace. Follow-ups are not sent automatically or from a connected inbox.

Question 3

What happens to my inbox and data?

Accepted Answer

Inbox monitoring remains off until the workspace authorizes a provider connection. Pendlark has not published confirmed details here about the exact message-data scope, retention period, staff access, or how AI processes connected data and whether it is used for model training. Those details should be confirmed before you connect an inbox.

Question 4

How much does Pendlark cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing plans and amounts are not currently published. Trial availability, billing cadence, plan limits, and included features have not been stated here.
